Executive Assistant.

We seek an experienced Executive Assistant to be the backbone of our client's operations. As the Executive Assistant to the Owner and Lead Designer, you'll provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning. This role demands a proactive, adaptable individual with exceptional organizational skills.
Schedule & Benefits:
Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm with occasional travel.
Competitive pay: $18 - $22 per hour.
Standard 40-hour workweek, 90-day probationary period.

Responsibilities:
Manage complex calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Act as a liaison between the owner and internal/external parties.
Handle confidential information discreetly and professionally.
Prepare, edit, and organize documents, presentations, and reports.
Assist in project management and research.
Anticipate needs and proactively address potential issues.
Organize events, meetings, and client engagements.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
