Role Description
A dynamic and dedicated real estate team that helps clients move with the greatest of ease. We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support our busy CEO and COO who are also our top sales people. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team and support these two in their day-to-day administrative activities. Success in this role will be measured by leveraging as much administrative work as possible out of their day-to-day to allow their sales numbers to grow exponentially. The Executive Assistant will also ensure that the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Efficiently manage and coordinate executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments and follow up after appointments.
- Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact between clients and internal staff, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare materials for meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure tasks are completed.
- Office Management: Assist in the smooth running of the office by coordinating administrative tasks, managing supplies, and keeping the office looking client-ready.
- Personal Support: Calendar management, scheduling, and errands.
- Coordinate special events, working with internal team members as well as key external parties including investors and third-party vendors.
- Serve as point of contact for meetings and hospitality, making sure all guests meeting with the team are comfortable and welcomed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role; 3-5 years of experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Real Estate experience or familiarity is a plus.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
