We're a rapidly growing company looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our CEO. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for all things related to the CEO's schedule, travel, meetings, and correspondence. You'll also play a key role in managing projects, conducting research, and coordinating with other members of the leadership team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all appointments and meetings are organized and efficient
- Arrange travel and accommodations for the CEO and other executives as needed
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports for the CEO
- Conduct research and compile data on various topics to support the CEO's decision-making process
- Attend meetings with the CEO, take notes, and distribute meeting minutes and action items
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO or other members of the leadership team
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Experience with project management tools such as Trello or Asana is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is preferred, but not required
