A little more about Inspiring Young Learners
Inspiring Young Learners began in 2016, as a side hustle and hobby, and over the years has expanded into a 6 figure curriculum company that serves teachers and students in over 121 countries. We now have a team of 7, and are looking to add more incredible and passionate team members. A big part of our company and why we do what we do, comes down to our 5 core values which are:
- Fostering Respect- We respect each other, assuming best intent in every interaction, and we also value and highly respect the cultures of the teachers and students we serve, and bring that into the resources we create.
- Driving Impact- We believe at our core that the work we are doing is making an impact in both the teachers we serve and by opening doors through these students as they learn English.
- Embracing Ownership- Taking ownership means being accountable for our actions and their outcomes. We empower each individual to take initiative, demonstrating responsibility and pride in contributing to our collective success. We don't make room for excuses.
- Cultivating a Growth Mindset-Adopting a growth mindset, we view challenges as opportunities to learn and evolve. We encourage continuous personal and professional development, embracing curiosity and resilience as we strive for constant improvement.
- Championing Collaboration-We believe in the power of teamwork, combining diverse skills and viewpoints to achieve superior results. A culture of collaboration is fostered through open communication, trust, and mutual support, driving innovation and shared achievements.
