Ingleside Homes, a leading provider of housing and supportive services for older adults, is currently seeking an experienced Human Resources administrative professional to join our team as a Recruiter/Executive Assistant. This position will primarily perform Human Resources recruiting functions to include advertising, networking, attending job fairs and developing community relationships, screening interviews, scheduling candidate interviews for managers, and assisting with the entre onboarding process to ensure that the company has a continuous pipeline of qualified individuals to fill openings. The position will also perform executive assistant duties for the President/CEO to include various administrative functions. Qualified candidates will have prior experience in Human Resources, preferably in a recruiting role, and be familiar with all applicable state and federal laws regarding hiring and other HR functions. Candidates should also have strong administrative skills including computer proficiency with Word and Excel, as well as familiarity with various social media platforms as a recruiting tool. Must have proven exceptional organizational and communication skills and be able to work independently. Associates degree or higher in a related field.
