Responsibilities:

Executive assistant responsibilities

Executive owns and operates all of the following companies: Bev Bucket, Newkirk Productions, Baywatch Boat Charters, and the Wedding memory

Customer service

- order returns

- answering inquiries

- sending finished videos and photos to clients

- answering customers phone calls and emails

Fulfilling orders

- packing orders

- printing order forms and shipping labels

- ordering inventory and shipping materials

Invoicing

- creating estimates

- submitting invoices

Organizing footage

- make selections

- send to post production

- send finished product to clients

- manage and organize google drive

- post to youtube

Reputation management

- client follow up and obtaining reviews

- manage vendors and obtaining to new vendors

- client relations

Bonus Responsibilities (not required)

- photoshop

- social media management

- video editing
