Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will match our core values of extreme ownership, problem solving and always striving to be better. We are seeking a team member that will be able to grow with the company.

Responsibilities:

- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings

- Send client reports out.

- Manage client concerns

- Assist with event planning and coordination, including logistics and vendor management

- Prepare and proofread documents, presentations, and correspondence

- Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism and discretion

- Greet visitors and provide front desk support as needed

- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role

- Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office Suite

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Attention to detail and strong proofreading abilities

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
