Executive Assistant to the CEO
Needed an EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE CEO /PART TIME MEDICAL ASSISTANT

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
- Coordinate and manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.
- Anticipate and prioritize meetings, ensuring the CEO's schedule is optimized for maximum efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO.
- Draft and proofread emails, memos, reports, and other documents on behalf of the CEO.
- Coordinate travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Prepare travel expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Prepare meeting agendas, documents, and presentations for the CEO.
- Attend meetings with the CEO, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Manage and organize sensitive information, files, and documents.
- Maintain an efficient filing system and ensure easy retrieval of important documents.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the executive office.
- Coordinate with other Executive Assistants and administrative staff to streamline office processes.
- Assist the CEO with special projects, research, and initiatives as needed.
- Take on additional responsibilities to support the overall success of the executive team.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Cultivate positive relationships
MEDICAL ASSISTANT
- Escort patients to examination rooms and prepare them for the medical provider.
- Obtain and record patient medical history, vital signs, and other relevant information.
- Assist healthcare professionals with various medical procedures, examinations, and treatments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic and paper medical records.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Sterilize and prepare medical instruments and equipment for procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in examination and treatment rooms.
- Perform routine maintenance on medical equipment and ensure it is in working order.
- Provide patients with information on medications, procedures, and general health guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
- Certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) is a plus.
- Knowledge of HIPAA rules and regulations
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
