Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Working closely with the CEO, to ensure all marketing, sales, and event initiatives are precisely planned and executed with excellence
• Ensuring all marketing initiatives are seamlessly integrated and work within existing campaigns, promotions, and timelines
• Utilizing project management tools and systems (Notion and Slack) to ensure all team members, contractors, vendors, and partners are held accountable to set tasks, deliverables, etc.
• ​Optimizing current SOPs and continuing to build new ones on all new projects and initiatives
• Looking for potential hazards, roadblocks, challenges and obstacles that could occur within designed and defined project scopes, marketing initiatives/campaigns, or live/virtual events
• Setting up and testing all project and marketing campaign automations to ensure texts, emails, social posts, etc. go out as scheduled without a hitch
• ​Constantly monitor and report on progress of each project to the CEO
• Presenting problems directly to CEO that are out of your control to manage, and helping to provide solutions to overcome those challenges
• Test and quality check all automations are set up properly as designed and specified
• Manage project dashboards and tracking

Required Experience:

• 3+ years experience with online marketing systems and/or marketing agencies

Software Knowledge (Strongly Desired)

1. ClickFunnels: Funnel Building and Website integration software

2. Infusionsoft- KEAP: CRM

3. Notion: Project Management Software

4. Slack: Communication Software

Compensation & work expectations:

Competitive with bonus and growth opportunities. Must be able to work U.S. Eastern Time Hours.

Pay: $45,934.07 - $50,000.00 per year
