We are seeking an Executive Assistant to assist in the day to day operations, including but not limited to screening calls, creating proposals and contracts, following up with clients, marketing calls, preparing material for CEO's appointments and day to day events, as well as following up with internal staff to ensure tasks are executed and fully completed correctly.
Additional duties include:
- Taking extremely detailed messages
- Working with the internal office to assure that all tasks for the day are completed
- Filing and record keeping
- Data entry
- Performing a variety of other office tasks, such as faxing, emailing, spreadsheets
- Answering phone and taking detailed messaged
- Being able to know what phone calls are sales calls verses non sales calls
- Attention to detail an absolute must
- Pleasant demeanor on the phone
- Must have the ability to write emails(spelling and punctuation must always be double checked)
- Must be willing to occasioanly travel into NYC to assist with events
Must be proficient in the following:
- Microsoft Word and Excel
- Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop and/or Quickbooks is a huge plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1,100.00 - $1,150.00 per week
