TITLE: Executive Assistant

POSITION TYPE: 6+ Months Contract (W2)

LOCATION: San Francisco, CA

Korean bilingual is a plus, and if a French or Italian fluent, that is also a plus (Executive being supported communicates in English, Korean, French, and Italian)

Job Description:

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate executive communications, responding to emails and interfacing with partners.
• Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries.
• Handles booking for conference rooms.
• Assists with event planning for internal and external events, including making meal. reservations, arranging transportation, and planning large group events if needed.
• Schedule Happy Hour (Order food/drinks, handle set up and clean up) if needed.
• Plan office outings, and team building events if needed.

Required Experience and Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties.
• Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Korean: 3 years (Required)
• Executive administrative support: 3 years (Required)
