FreedomSoft is a growing Lead Generation, Workflow and Follow-up Automation CRM uniquely created around a built-in phone and text system for real estate investors. Responsibilities:
- Manage the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests and communication, ensuring timely responses and follow-up.
- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
- Take initiative to pitch new and special projects to lighten the load of the CEO or improve efficiency in the company.
- Plan live events.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Anticipate the needs of the executive and proactively address issues as they arise.
- Screen job applications, interview candidates, onboard/off-board employees.
- Keep the team on track in our project management software.
- Document company procedures.
- Keep up team morale by scheduling company meals and company events as well as sending out birthday and work anniversary cards.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands for the executive, as needed.
- Provide general administrative support, such as filing, copying, and managing office supplies.
- Other duties as needed and assigned.
Requirements:
- Self-starter with the ability to proactively anticipate needs, follow through, and solve problems – no task is too big or too small
- Ability to organize and prioritize effectively
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Ability to use time-management skills in a fast-paced work environment
- A high attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A desire to grow
- Proficiency in GSuite and Apple devices
- Ability to learn various online systems
- Ability to play well with others (there are no lone wolfs on a small team!)
