Director of Nursing Services

As the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Nursing care and ensuring the highest quality of patient care. This is a leadership role that requires strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices - Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans for patients - Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal care - Oversee documentation review to ensure accuracy and completeness - Manage staffing levels and schedules to ensure adequate coverage - Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of patient care - Stay up-to-date with advancements in medical technology, nursing practices, and regulatory requirements Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Master's degree preferred) - Current RN license - Minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing administration or a similar leadership role - Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements - Proficiency in medical terminology and documentation review - Experience in both acute care and nursing home settings is highly desirable - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - In-depth understanding of anatomy and physiology If you are a dedicated nursing professional with a passion for providing exceptional patient care, we invite you to apply for the position of Director of Nursing. Pay: $103,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
