Executive Assistant Summary:
- Maintain integral support role in complex projects assigned by the Regional Vice President such as organizing, prioritizing and executing large volumes of highly confidential and time-sensitive information.
- Provides clerical and administrative support to Regional Vice President.
- Ability to see overall goals and execute appropriate details; maintain systems and processes to ensure execution of projects.
- Proactively manage calendars, schedules, and appointments by anticipating current priorities and areas of focus in order to prioritize and arrange future schedules.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and business travel arrangements for the Regional Vice President.
- Type business letters, memorandums, presentations, and other correspondence in an accurate and timely manner.
- Collect daily, monthly, weekly, quarterly reports from the Region.
- Ability to answer and prioritize phone calls/emails, providing ongoing public relations and assisting in resolving problems.
- Ability to take detailed phone messages.
- Maintain accurate, organized and efficient filing system.
- Prepare and process Regional Vice President expense reports in a timely manner.
- Create and edit presentations/spreadsheets.
- Effectively communicate with others and solve problems on a daily basis.
- Prove office management duties
- Special projects as assigned by the Regional Vice President.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Five (5) years of office experience in a professional atmosphere supporting high level executive(s) required
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
- Highly PC proficient, including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and OneNote
- Must be diplomatic, thorough, customer-service minded, detailed and professional
- Ability to interact professionally with all levels of management, associates, customers, outside entities, etc
- Impeccable communication skills & phone etiquette
- Good writing and organization skills
- Team player with ability to work well under pressure
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks while working under pressure to meet simultaneous deadlines
- Working knowledge of standard office equipment such as copiers, printers, fax machines, etc.

The *median base compensation for this position is estimated to be $44.00/an hour, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors including employee qualifications, geographic location, and operational considerations. Note: *The median amount may be greater or less than the average salary.
