Executive Assistant wanted to assist CEO in Delray Beach area. This is a direct hire opportunity that is 75% remote, but qualified candidates must be in Delray Beach area for 25% that's on-site. Salary is $75-85k DOE.
Job Duties include:
- calendar and travel management
- assisting in personal errands
- administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- 10+ years' experience supporting C-Level or Senior Management
- Excellent organizational, administrative, planning and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and QuickBooks
- Highest levels of trustworthiness, confidentiality, and integrity
- Local to Delray Beach area
