Executive Assistant1 in Technology - Infrastructure Platform & Data Team – Seattle Hub
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support Vice Presidents within the Infrastructure Platform & Data organization. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks, with the ability to work independently and with a team of other Executive Assistants and leaders. This role requires impeccable attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, flexibility, and great communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive support services to the Vice Presidents that are the foundation of a professional, responsive, and effective environment for the organizationManage complex calendars by proactively prioritizing, scheduling, preparing for and communicating meetings and events as well as travel arrangements for the Vice Presidents and others as needed
Partner with other team members to help build company culture by leading engagement/recognition projects, organizing team communications and planning events, both internally and offsite
Assist in maintaining department discretionary budget and manage expense reconciliations
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the security of the Vice Presidents records and files
Perform other related duties and execute projects as assigned
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and experience with virtual meeting software (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Slack)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to navigate through ambiguity and influence without authority
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities
Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
Experience in managing executive calendars and travel arrangements
Bachelors degree in business administration or related field preferred

Pay Range Details

Washington: $24.25 - $44.25 Hourly This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more.
