Executive Assistant

Piping Technology & Products is a rapidly growing American manufacturer that makes and supplies specialty piping products to customers around the world. The company is hiring an Executive Assistant for its CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Provide high-level administrative support to the company's CEO
• - Manage calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
• - Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
• - Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for the CEO's review
• - Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality
• - Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
• - Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
• - Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the CEO

Requirements

• - Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
• - Excellent organizational and time management skills
• - Strong written and verbal communication skills
• - Proficient in proofreading, typing, and transcribing documents
• - Experience with project coordination and multitasking
• - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
• - Fluency with a broad range of digital cloud-based tools
• - Proficiency in Google Suite
• - Strong clerical skills, including filing, record keeping, and data entry
