Piping Technology & Products is a rapidly growing American manufacturer that makes and supplies specialty piping products to customers around the world. The company is hiring an Executive Assistant for its CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
- - Provide high-level administrative support to the company's CEO
- - Manage calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- - Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
- - Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for the CEO's review
- - Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality
- - Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
- - Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- - Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the CEO
Requirements
- - Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- - Excellent organizational and time management skills
- - Strong written and verbal communication skills
- - Proficient in proofreading, typing, and transcribing documents
- - Experience with project coordination and multitasking
- - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- - Fluency with a broad range of digital cloud-based tools
- - Proficiency in Google Suite
- - Strong clerical skills, including filing, record keeping, and data entry
