Responsibility + Expectations
- Manage the calendars and schedules of the Executive Leadership Team(ELT)
- Ensure the CEO is appropriately supported for meetings by overseeing the creation of presentations and ensuring all relevant details are communicated appropriately
- Coordinate travel logistics and prepare itineraries
- Communicate regularly with the Board of Directors and other key executive contacts
- Greet visitors for ELT and bring to the appropriate location
- Prepare materials for Board of Directors' meetings
- Take minutes at meetings and follow up on action items
- Prepare and handle confidential and personal information
- Order and receive office supplies
- Maintain copier and supply room
- Represent Shipley Energy to internal and external business contacts
- Save and send documents to Shipley Energy partners, vendors, and contacts
- File agreements/contracts after ELT approval
- Manage calendar for facility conference rooms
- Coordinate the York Revolution box schedule with partners and Team Members
- Manage the Charitable Contributions Committee with internal and external communication and coordination of donations and sponsorships
- Manage the coordination of events including logistics and RSVPs
- Support Human Resources and Marketing in Team Member and customer initiatives as needed
- Hold confidential information received in strict confidence and exercise a reasonable degree fo care to prevent disclosure
- Create and distribute The Shipley Herald
- Mange Wellness Program communications and activities
- Complete other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Proficiency with Outlook Calendar and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional organizational skills

- Professional writing ability
- Comfortable working with deadlines and skilled in timely response to emails
- Proven communication skills with all types of professionals
- 3-5 years of general business experience preferred
Starting Pay: $50,000 - $60,000 based on experience
Schedule: Monday - Friday 1st shift
