The Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized and motivated Executive Administrator to support our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn the startup ecosystem, be mentored by an incredibly experienced and diverse group of technology leaders and work closely with next generation software companies at an especially exciting inflection point in enterprise software history with the advent of generative AI.

With particular emphasis on calendar management, special projects, executive communications, and travel coordination, you will be responsible for making sure the team is using their time in the most effective and impactful way possible. Additionally, you will support meeting planning, team events, internal projects and processes, and strategic initiatives as they align with Tola's objectives. You will be an ambassador of the firm, both internally and externally, and approach this with optimism, confidence, and a no job too small attitude. The ideal candidate has experience working in a fast-paced, hyper growth environment and can make important decisions quickly while maintaining order in an ambiguous and ever-changing workplace.

What We are Looking For

  • 5+ years' experience supporting a senior executive
  • Bachelor's degree in communications or equivalent
  • Experience in a venture capital, investment firm, or enterprise software/tech start-up environment
  • Creative problem solver with a strong work ethic
  • Record of accomplishment of strong organizational and time management skills
  • Positive and approachable personality
  • Skills and training to utilize technology tools for expert efficiency and detail
