Duration: 6 Months
Location: Alpharetta, GA
- Provides administrative support to executive-level management: meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, correspondence, report preparation, tracking department budgets and meeting planning/preparation.
- Handles all routine mail or inquiries and sets priorities to projects assigned.
- Keeps an accurate calendar of appointments, meetings and due dates for executive.
- Requires previous experience and may require additional training specific to the corporate culture and procedures.
- Functions with minimal supervision.
- This person will also work with our HR manager to send out announcements and HR notifications when someone joins or leaves our team.
- It would be great if they know the program Concur or OneConcur.
- Also they will be supporting more than one VP.
- Contract to hire position backfilling for retirement
- Training will be with current Admin for several months until up to speed
- Supporting 4 area VPs main priority
- Very little supervision
- Small suite in office alone mostly as 2 VPs traveling most of the time
- MS Office experience required Excel, Teams, Outlook
- Expense reporting using One Concur, Concur experience preferred
- New accounting program, Ariba experience preferred
- HR experience nice to have will be sending out HR announcements, notices, etc.
- Assisting with onboarding all new or transferred employees call new employees and walk them through steps to starting, supporting new hires, etc. Ordering new hire IT equipment
- Walking SH Dept employees with questions
- Order lead equipment, hospital carts,
- Generate POs, approve invoices, etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication
- 5+ years' experience high level administrative support VP-level
- High school diploma required
Interview Process: Candidates will be shortlisted to hiring manager, 1. PI (Predictive Index) test will be administered, 1 interview with hiring manager, follow up interview with VP
