Taylor Advisory, LLC is seeking a seasoned full-time Executive Administrative Assistant to support Chairman/CEO. The ideal candidate has experience scheduling phone calls and meetings, arranging travel, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a professional phone presence.

With offices in Washington, D.C. and Chapel Hill, NC, we are currently searching for an Executive Administrative Assistant who provides a wide range of complex office administration and support to the Taylor Advisory leadership team with well-developed organizational skills. This position is in the Research Triangle area.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage calendars, schedules & appointments for C-Level Executives
- Arrange domestic & international travel; expense reconciliation
- Liaise with leadership to build strong working relationships and to ensure success for the Taylor Advisory leadership team
- Help maintain internal data, documentation, and other company information
- Maintain a deep understanding of priorities in order to allocate principal’s time and resources appropriately
- Track ongoing priorities and their status, serve as liaison on behalf of your principal and team where needed
- Answer phone and transcribe notes from executives
- Note taker during calls

- Well-developed organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional phone presence
- Proactive self-starter who takes initiative, owns projects and meets deadlines
- Ability to multitask and manage time-sensitive projects
- Understand the importance of professionalism and confidentiality
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Education and Experience:
At least five years of experience providing support to multiple C-level executives
Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
