```Duties```
In this role, you will work directly for the President. Must have experience in this role.
As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the President by conducting research, sending emails, handling information requests, and performing admin functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. Your duties will include:
- Managing executives' calendars and setting up meetings
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Organizing and maintaining files and records
- Assisting with the preparation of presentations and reports
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
