What is the job about?
As a Senior Process Expert, you will be an important part of developing, and facilitating improvements across the End-to-End (E2E) Supply Chain processes of Grundfos. Your expertise in Supply Chain management, change management, and innovation will contribute to the continuous enhancement of performance and efficiency within our operations.
Your main responsibilities:
- Establish and enforce Group Standards and Best Practices within Order to Delivery (OTD) processes, implementing global best practices and overseeing continuous improvements throughout Grundfos' E2E Supply Chain.
- Promote the development, implementation, and deployment of global best practices through tactical projects, identifying improvement opportunities, scoping tasks/projects, and ensuring proper deployment and integration within the wider organization.
- Own, maintain, and implement training programs covering processes, analytics, tools, and methodologies. Ensure improvements in training activities and maintain comprehensive documentation within the process area. Design, document, and support Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and process indicators.
- Act as an expert in resolving complex issues within Customer fulfillment (Order handling, logistics) processes across production, distribution, and sales sites. Provide insights and solutions globally across multiple functions and organizational levels, ensuring operational excellence.
Your background:
We imagine that you have:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain management or similar higher education.
- Experience with tasks and routines within specific Supply Chain process areas, including process-analysis methods, problem-solving techniques, and project management tools and methods.
- Around 5 years of relevant work experience in implementing defined processes & analytics within Supply chain, particularly in a large manufacturing environment.
- Proven background in coordinating complex projects and activities in Supply chain, with proven results supporting key initiatives in a large organization.
- Ability to merge business situations & Supply Chain theory and principles into process & tools design, with the capability to communicate E2E implications effectively.
- Comfortable with stakeholder & change management
- Key communicator who is able to work efficiently.
- Working in a global team which requires cultural understanding and flexibility.
- Preferably knowledge of SAP LE, SD, TM, CRM, C4C.
