Who we’re looking for
Toyota’s Demand & Supply Management is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Senior Analyst - Digital Process Innovation!
The primary responsibility of this role is to leverage technology to transform the current business processes within DSM Operations teams in order to enable better business outcomes resulting from data accuracy, process efficiency, and increased productivity.
Reporting to the Digital Process Innovation Manager, the person in this role will work closely with DSM business stakeholders to understand the current business processes, identify opportunities for Process Innovation/automation, and use technical knowledge to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions.
What you’ll be doing
Collaborating and working with stakeholders to identify opportunities for Process Innovation and provide innovative technical solutions to improve the business outcome.
Working from inception through implementation and beyond to ensure successful delivery of new systems capabilities including working with process owners to evaluate needs/requirements, designing, and developing technical solutions, and managing User Acceptance Testing.
Assisting with change management including training, communication plans, and product adoption.
Utilizing technical acumen and process automation to ensure the projects deliver value for customers and stakeholders.
Working cross-functionally with other DSM groups and TMNA departments to ensure technical solutions align with DSM’s transformation objectives and Enterprise strategy.
What you bring
Bachelor's degree (or higher) and/or equivalent experience.
Relevant professional experience.
Excellent technical problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
Track record leveraging tech to automate and enhance business processes.
Ability to perform in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
Ability to use business intelligence tools to effectively analyze large datasets.
Hands-on development experience with Alteryx.
Experience with Tableau, PowerBI, or other Business Intelligence Tools.
Fluency in SQL, Python, and/or R in a relational database environment (e.g., Oracle, DB2, and/or Redshift).
A can-do attitude to help build and deploy technical solutions.
Added bonus if you have
Masters/MBA.
Supply Chain Management Experience.
Tableau/Alteryx Developer Certification.
Understanding of the automotive industry.
