As part of the Care Team, the EVV Coordinatoris responsible for monitoring and supporting the daily activities of services provided to clients in accordance with state regulations and company policy, while ensuring quality coordination of service for our clients alongside the Care Coordinators. As an EVV Coordinator, you are a key contributor to scheduling optimization and utilization of hours which leads to client satisfaction and safety. Supports company initiatives by adopting new approaches, practices, and processes to deliver standards of excellence and operational excellence on a consistent basis. The EVV Coordinatorwill build strong relationships with caregivers to create a positive environment where caregivers feel valued and supported. You will also assist in the collaborative coordination of care to reduce waste and inefficiency.


Essential Job Functions


      Responsible for the accuracy and timely communication of scheduling conflicts to the Care Coordinator or Care Manager.

      Conduct and monitor daily Visit Maintenance for all Caregivers in the Vesta EVV, in real time.

      Assist Care Coordinators with updating client status in Vesta EVV system as necessary (hold status when not being serviced, etc.)

      Enter, implement, and monitor service or provider type changes as per the authorization.

      Order and Track Visit Clock Tokens for use by caregivers to record time worked

      Assist with training Caregivers on Landline/Token/App usage as needed.

      May assist with billing as needed by running and resolving the Failed to Export Report.

      Monitor proper usage of Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Reason codes, enters client visits, and runs checks and balances prior to submitting to payroll

      In order to reduce fraud, waste and abuse, may conduct periodic GPS checks to confirm location of service delivery.

      Supports other members of the Care Team to provide the best customer service possible and creating an environment of trust and collaboration within the team

      Communicate with case managers, practitioners, and others as needed to facilitate client services and to ensure client continuity of care

      Assist with incoming and outgoing calls with kindness and professionalism

      Know and follow Company policies and procedures.

      Work with integrity; eliminating fraud, waste, and abuse of funds.

      Other duties as deemed necessary by the Supervisor

Required Skills, Education, Certification, License, and/or Experience


      High School Diploma or GED

      Ability to work collaboratively and individually

      Ability to read and interpret Authorizations and calculate the hours per week that are allowed to be scheduled and worked

      Demonstrate excellent organizational skills

      Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills, and ability to keep accurate records

      High attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy

      Demonstrate analytic skills when problem solving

      Proficient in MS Office Applications and ability to learn job specific software systems

      Be a positive leader, creating an environment of trust, and a culture where everyone feels valued

      Must be humble, teachable, and open-minded


Preferred Skills, Education, Certification, License, and/or Experience


      Bilingual (English and Spanish)

      At least 2 years of relevant work experience

      Experience with EHRs as well as tracking and monitoring Electronic Visit Verification (EVV)

      Local knowledge about and connections to community health care and social welfare resources are desirable

Each team member is expected to perform all duties and demonstrate behaviors and attitudes consistent with Outreach Health's Mission Statement and Core Values.

Pay Range: $27k-$32k
