- Lead subsidiary discovery sessions to understand and document current state quote-to-cash process, issues impacting user experience and revenue leakage, and requirements for future state implementation.
- Understand and align requirements provided by complex set of stakeholds, including: Legal, Accounting, Billing, Marketing, Sales, and others.
- Lead design sessions with cross-functional teams to review and document future state processes and system architecture.
- Coordinate with Business Operations and Financial Systems teams to provide end-to-end solution design leadership and project management.
- Implement and administer multiple Salesforce CPQ environments
- Lead user acceptance testing for major CPQ build items, including development of test plans and support of test users.
- Enable end-user success through seminar-style training sessions, office hours, and ad-hoc support channels.
- Support mentorship of other team resources in CPQ tools and best practice.
- Collaborate on the development of templates and playbooks to ensure that the team is optimally positioned to leverage our collective knowledge and experience and ensure predictable, high-quality project outcomes.
- Engage with Evercommerce and subsidiary leadership on status updates, working sessions, and solution design.
- Communicate recommendations, project progress, and achieved outcomes through a variety of media, including: presentations, emails, and diagrams.
- 3+ years of Salesforce.com CPQ administration or other related work experience
- Understanding of sales processes and terminology and general understanding of quote-to-cash and/or accounting principles
- Ability to advise and influence senior business leaders across organizational lines.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and capable of meeting short-deadline projects daily
- Excellent attention to detail
- Desire to develop project management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Analytics, Operations, Economics, Accounting or related field
