Join Our Versatile Event Staff Team!
Casalena is looking to build our Event Staff and help our guests celebrate. From parties of 25 up to 300+ guests for personal celebrations and business events and everything in between, you'll wear many hats to ensure each occasion runs smoothly and flawlessly. Event staff will be dedicated specifically to events with an option to pick up shifts for regular service.
Responsibilities:
Master various roles including serving, bartending, and bussing, seamlessly transitioning between tasks as needed.
Execute setup and breakdown of events meticulously, leaving no detail overlooked from start to finish.
Deliver impeccable service to guests, whether through tray pass, buffet service, or fine dining.
Collaborate closely with team members to maintain an efficient and seamless flow of service throughout the event.
Requirements:
Food Handler’s Certification and RBS Certification required or ability to get one once hired.
Proven experience in hospitality with a strong foundation in all aspects of FOH service, including serving, bartending, setup and breakdown.
Weekend availability is non-negotiable, as our events primarily occur during weekends and evenings.
Adaptability to fulfill diverse roles and responsibilities.
Familiarity with high-end service standards and the ability to uphold them consistently.
