POSITION SUMMARY
The Event Marketing Manager will manage and oversee virtual and in-person corporate and marketing events for Clearwater and its Redspin division, which includes planning, developing, executing and measuring results. The Event Marketing Manager will work closely with Marketing leadership to determine key events, engage target audiences – both external and internal – and gauge return on investment (ROI).
SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and complete administrative duties relating to the set-up, execution, and follow-up of Clearwater and Redspin virtual events. This includes but is not limited to:
- Webinar set-up on our virtual platforms (Zoom, HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress)
- Webinar presentation preparation (PowerPoint)
- Post webinar attendance report analysis and sharing.
- Attend all webinars to provide technical support to attendees and panelists.
- Respond to webinar registrant/attendee questions as necessary.
- Provide support for event-related social media, e-blasts, etc. as necessary.
- Manage administrative duties relating to the set-up, execution, and follow-up of Clearwater conferences and in-person events and internal meetings.
- This includes, but is not limited to:
- Complete all necessary exhibit/sponsorship related paperwork.
- Main point of contact for onsite event planners-handling F&B and A/V needs, room reservations, etc.
- Manage inventory and storage of exhibit booth materials.
- Ensure materials are shipped to and from event locations on time.
- Research options/prices and order event materials as necessary.
- Maintain event-related costs and event detail spreadsheets.
- Working in collaboration with Marketing colleagues and SDR team, facilitate pre- and post- event meetings for colleagues.
- Book hotel accommodations as necessary.
- Track and support the submission process of speaking opportunities.
- Own event-related reporting for the Marketing team. Reporting includes a combination of evaluations such as feedback forms and other data sources combined in Excel and Salesforce.com.
Requirements:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 5+ years working experience in a marketing/corporate events role
- Prior experience in cybersecurity and/or healthcare definite plus
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Superb attention to detail
- Advanced knowledge of Zoom, Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
- Knowledge of WordPress/website content management, Monday.com, HubSpot a plus
- Strong work ethic with initiative to tackle new platforms and “learn as you go.”
- Self-starter and self-motivated; ability to assimilate instructions and work independently while keeping management and colleagues informed on project issues, options and status.
- Ability to multitask, deal with ambiguity, shift focus and priorities quickly, and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus but could be negotiable for the right candidate who displays demonstrated excellence and work experience.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Currently Clearwater is an entirely “virtual” company and all colleagues work remote
- Work remotely and provide own, printer/scanner, computer audio capability, cell phone, Internet service, and Microsoft Office software.
- Company provides subscriptions to Salesforce.com, Microsoft On-Line Services, Encryption tools, Data backup, Zoom Meeting, and other tools selected as standard by the Company.
