Job Description: Big Air Jumpers Event Specialists assist customers during the reservation process, and help with event planning. Candidate should have basic computer skills and excellent communication and customer service skills. Must be able to type at least 30 words per minute. Call center or small office experience is a plus. Big Air Jumpers is a fun office environment, where we excel in customer care, and help our clients make lasting memories!
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in planning events and placing reservations.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone call.
- Process paperwork and create invoices.
- General office duties including light cleaning, filing, and organization.
- Process payments according to the payment schedule.
- Some field work may be required.
- Any other duties as assigned by the operations manager.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft office, mainly word and excel
- Ability to type at least 30 words per minute.
- Must be friendly, outgoing, and personable.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Must be willing to work weekends.
- Reliable transportation is required.

Our season begins in April and wraps up at the end of October, with our busiest months running from May to September. Training will begin at the beginning of April. Office hours vary, during our busiest season office are as follows: Monday-Thursday 9am-5:30pm, Fridays 9am-5pm, Saturdays 8:30am-3pm, closed on Sunday. Your schedule will fall in these hours.
