We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Events Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in planning and executing exciting events at our tea bar.

Responsibilities:

1. Event Planning:

• Plan and organize events at least one quarter in advance, ensuring a diverse and engaging calendar of activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, performers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
• Manage all aspects of event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and coordination of staff.

1. Marketing and Promotion:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events through various channels, including social media, local partnerships, and traditional advertising.
• Create visually appealing promotional materials to attract a diverse audience.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage online platforms and enhance the reach of event promotions.

1. Event Hosting:

• Serve as the host/hostess during events, ensuring patrons feel welcome and engaged.
• Facilitate interactive activities, games, or entertainment to enhance the overall event experience.
• Address any issues or concerns to guarantee a positive and enjoyable atmosphere.

1. Sales and Revenue Generation:

• Work towards achieving sales targets for each event.
• Implement strategies to boost event attendance and drive sales of our botanical teas and related products.
• Track and report on sales performance, providing insights for future improvements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Events Coordinator or similar role.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Creative thinker with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
• Familiarity with marketing strategies and promotional tactics.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed for events.
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry is a plus.
