We are seeking an Event Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for organizing important events from conception through completion.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing Venue and setting up/decorating for events
• Distribute supplies
• Facilitating the proper organization and cleanliness of venues
• Providing high levels of customer service
• Maintain stock of event supplies
• Manage guest at functions
• Help ensure events run smoothly for the day
• Answering questions or concerns for guest

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekends only
