Initial contact for Residents and Visitors at front entrance and management of telephone switchboardCreating a great first impression is critical to customer satisfaction and loyalty

• Greeting all incoming visitors. ascertain purpose of the visit and ensure they are signed in appropriately
• Answering telephones and disbursing phone calls accordingly
• Administrative tasks such as filing, auditing and organizing

• HS Diploma Required
• Computer skills along with the ability to type and use general office equipment
• Clerical/Secretarial experience preferred
• Must be able to speak and write the English language in an understandable manner
• Must be able to push, pull, move and/or lift a minimum of 25 pounds
