- Greeting all incoming visitors. ascertain purpose of the visit and ensure they are signed in appropriately
- Answering telephones and disbursing phone calls accordingly
- Administrative tasks such as filing, auditing and organizing
- HS Diploma Required
- Computer skills along with the ability to type and use general office equipment
- Clerical/Secretarial experience preferred
- Must be able to speak and write the English language in an understandable manner
- Must be able to push, pull, move and/or lift a minimum of 25 pounds
