SalaryGreystone Golf & Country Club, an active and vibrant private club located in Birmingham, AL is seeking an Evening Receptionist to answer inquiries, provide information to, and direct members and their guests.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Must be available to cover day-time vacation schedule through out the year.
- Answer multi-line phone system in a timely and courteous, professional manner.
- Screen or forward calls, provide information, take messages, or schedule reservations.
- Manage the online reservation system. Inform necessary staff of highlights or changes to events/reservations.
- Greet members and guests entering the clubhouse, determine the nature and purpose of the visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
- Provide information about the club, such as the location of departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services provided.
- Collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, or deliveries.

Hours:
Wednesday through Saturday 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm.
Occasional opportunities to cover additional shifts.
Compensation: Starting at $13/hour
