The Escrow Funder is responsible for performing key accounting tasks to support the Escrow operations of Executive Title Company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Review closing invoices for accuracy.
- Accurately disburse a high volume of closings once funded.
- Balance funds on the closing transaction.
- Verify all incoming/outgoing wire information.
- Release outgoing wires.
- Prepare daily accounting log.
- Review outstanding check log.
- Analyze files for discrepancies prior to disbursement.
- Locate funds from bank and receipt into file.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Requires at least 5 years of relevant escrow experience.
- Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
