Escrow Assistant

We are looking for an Escrow Assistant responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:

• Ordering payoffs and final utilities for files; verifying payoffs match title commitments.
• Handling all file requirements prior to closing, including but not limited to liens, judgments, and bankruptcy requirements
• Obtaining most past and present tax information; ensuring current taxes have not been paid.
• Assisting with entering figures from lenders.
• Assisting with printing documents for closing.
• Cleaning out files for shipping of loan packages, recordings, follow-up on any money held in escrow, etc.

Specific qualifications for the position include: 

• 4 - 6 years experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
