Escrow Assistant- Residential, Post Closing and Entry Level (2 open positions):

We seek a responsible, experienced, and well-organized Escrow Assistant to join our team. This position is based in our Addison TX location and supports Residential Escrow Officers. A successful candidate will have a proven track record of having worked in a fast-paced office environment and demonstrated the ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail consistently while performing assignments.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Escrow Assistant is responsible for supporting Escrow Officer on a residential team with back end duties

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Order entry and front end communication with clients
• Ordering HOA’s, surveys, payoffs, and tax certificate
• Scanning and shipping documents to lenders/parties after closing for funding
• Communication with parties post-closing
• Mailing out checks
• Recording Documents
• Sending out documents to parties as needed
• Emailing/mailing policies and original recorded docs after closing
• Customer Service
• Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

• Strong attention to detail with an ability to take clear direction, and balance multiple tasks and time-sensitive assignments;
• Ability to prioritize work with minimal supervision;
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to work well with other people in a constantly changing environment
