Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day administration of the Dynamics 365 ERP system.
- Implement system updates, maintain user roles and permissions, and ensure system security.
- Collaborate with IT for technical support and troubleshooting.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of additional ERP modules or third-party applications.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of ERP processes and configurations.
- Utilize ERP for production and inventory planning.
- Analyze data from the ERP system to optimize operational efficiency.
- Work closely with department heads for smooth workflow integration.
- Liaison with department heads for inventory accuracy.
- Integrate ERP data with business intelligence tools for comprehensive insights.
- Supervise critical data entry tasks and ensure accuracy.
- Develop and enforce data entry guidelines.
- Review departmental data input for quality control.
- Establish and monitor KPIs related to data integrity.
- Collaborate with finance for ERP financial data accuracy.
- Train staff on ERP usage and best practices.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to users.
- Stay updated on ERP system features and capabilities.
- Identify and address specific training needs.
- Establish a support system for ERP users.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes.
- Lead cross-functional projects for system integration.
- Review and update ERP workflows regularly.

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. English required, Spanish a plus.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a knowledge of Internet software and the Microsoft Office Suite of products.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: A current CA driver's license and proof of auto insurance are required.
