We are seeking an experienced ERP & Business Systems/IT Manager who has the technological skills to make us even more efficient. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of ERP systems to ensure seamless business processes. You will collaborate with staff (office & field), and all departments to understand their requirements, address technical issues and propose effective solutions. Additionally, you will lead system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to optimize ERP functionality.
The ideal candidate has broad overall IT leadership experience in business applications, infrastructure, project management, and cybersecurity to effectively lead the IT department and advanced industry knowledge to keep us on the cutting edge. You will have an immediate impact on the day-to-day efficiency of our operations and a long-term impact on our overall growth.

Responsibilities:
ERP Systems Management:
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of ERP systems to ensure seamless business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and customize ERP solutions accordingly.
- Lead system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to optimize ERP functionality.
Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support in executing day-to-day tasks.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, encouraging continuous learning and development.
Strategic Planning:
- Work closely with executive-level leadership to align IT strategies with overall business objectives.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and security.
Vendor Management:
- Collaborate with ERP vendors to ensure timely support, resolve issues, and stay informed about system updates and advancements.
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective solutions.
Project Management:
- Oversee IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Conduct risk assessment and implementation mitigation strategies for IT projects.
Security and Compliance:
- Implement and enforce IT security policies to safeguard company data and systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Business Analysis:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to analyze and document requirements for ERP system customization and improvements.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
User Training and Support:
- Develop and implement training programs for end-users to maximize the utilization of ERP systems.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance for ERP-related issues.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within ERP systems.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and advancements in ERP systems.
Communication:
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, executives, and team members regarding IT initiatives, projects, and system updates.
- Provide regular updates on the status of ERP implementations and related projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in implementing ERP and Business Applications
- In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Acumatica.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in managing and leading a team, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Thorough understanding of cybersecurity policies and practices, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
- Expertise in implementing, configuring, and testing IT solutions.
- Ability to multitask, manage multiple priorities, and report to management as required.
- Strong customer service oriented
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills
- Highly self-motivated and directed.
- Keen attention to details
Education: bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science preferred.
Work Environment: The work environment for this position is an office/field hybrid setting.
Travel: Travel to offices/job sites within the company's business footprint.
