Sales Support Coordinator

Millennium Business Systems is a family owned and operated Technology Service Provider located in Livonia, MI. We are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to join our team. This person will provide first-class administrative support to our field sales team.

Responsibilities:

· Provide administrative support to a team of outside sales representatives

· Process sales orders accurately and timely

· Coordinate installation with our warehouse team and end users

· Invoicing and cash application

· Provide outstanding customer service pre and post sales

· Act as the liaison between the sales and administrative team

· Works with vendors to oversee order fulfillment timelines

· Schedules equipment returns to meet return requirements

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities within a fast-paced sales environment and work with different competing requests at one time
• Professional phone skills; strong Word, Excel, and Outlook skills
• Adapts quickly to changing environments and requests, fast learner
• Self-motivated to learn new skills and takes initiative quickly to solve problems and follow up with external/internal customers
• Uses creativity to solve problems for sales representatives and is intuitive to sales representatives needs
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Experience with CRMs and supporting a sales team is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
