**This position is located at California State Prison- Sacramento, 100 Prison Rd, Represa, CA 95671.
Individuals who are eligible for a Training and Development assignment may also be considered for this position(s).
Under the general direction of the Warden, the Staff Services Manager I is responsible for providing guidance and expertise to management and supervisors in areas involving employee performance and administration of department's disciplinary process.
**Limited Term/12 months; may be extended up to 24 months or may become permanent**

Shared office with heat and air conditioning. Teleworking up to 2 days a week.

Special Requirements

Possession of Minimum Qualifications will be verified prior to interview and/or appointment. Candidates new to CDCR or the Division of Juvenile Justice are required to submit to a background investigation process utilizing Live Scan Fingerprinting, and Tuberculosis testing prior to appointment followed by department annual Tuberculosis testing/evaluation thereafter.

SROA and Surplus candidates are given priority; therefore, individuals with other eligibility may be considered in the event no SROA or Surplus candidates apply. Individuals who are eligible for a Training and Development assignment may also be considered for this position(s).
