Essential Pest Control is one of Tucson’s fastest growing pest control firms. We are now hiring a route Dispatcher/ Customer Service Representative. Experience is a plus, but not mandatory. We are a Quality Pro company and only accept applicants who have a neat appearance, no criminal history, and the ability to pass a drug screen. We offer medical and dental insurance after 90 days and paid vacation and sick time after a year.
We are looking for a candidate that has superior customer service skills, who is able to take a high volume of calls throughout the day while displaying a positive and willing to serve attitude towards our customers. We need a scheduler who is not afraid to make cold calls and a creative thinker that will help bring in new business. This candidate must have previous scheduling experience for a service industry and know the zip codes for Tucson and surrounding areas.
