This is a full-time night shift position with great benefits in Virginia Beach, VA.
Job Requirements
Position Overview
Responsible for maintenance of floors. Practices safe work habits through the appropriate use of chemicals, various equipment and cleaning applications to include: mopping, scouring, scrubbing, stripping and polishing. Cross trained to EST I competencies in order to provide cleaning duties when necessary.

SVBGH is the region's only Level III Trauma Center and home to Sentara Heart Center, which is the portal to a sophisticated array of quality cardiac services with outcomes that surpass national standards. SVBGH is also one of only ten Advanced Primary Stroke Centers in Virginia certified by the Joint Commission. Other clinical services at this facility include Palliative Care Program, the Coastal Cancer Center, Diabetes Center, Orthopedics, Accredited Sleep Disorders Center, and an Inpatient Rehab Unit.

- 1 year of housekeeping/ESD experience in lieu of High School Education
- 6 months related experience in field
- Required: Communication, Reading Comprehension, Service Orientation, Speaking
- Preferred: Healthcare/Hospitality-Previous Experience
