Form of workSBM Management is searching for aFloor Technician that can make the floors sparkle and shine! We are hiring a Floor Technician that has experience ensuring customers have clean and orderly commercial or office space. Professional communication with the customers to make sure their expectations are met is essential.
Responsibilities- Vacuuming
- Mopping
- Bonneting
- Extraction (wet/dry)
- Strip & wax floor
- Carpet spot removal
- Transport equipment, tools and supplies
- Move furniture before/after clean
- Communicate changes, progress or problem areas
- Experience in the janitorial industry required, with floor/carpet care expertise preferred
- A drug test will be required
- 3+ years of experience
Shift & Compensation:
- 5pm-1:30am Monday -Friday $18.00 per hour
