Idaho National Laboratory is hiring a Environmental Requirements Management Specialist to work in our EMS NEPA and Reporting Services department. Our team works onsite, with a 9x80 schedule located out of our Willow Creek Facility with every other Friday off! This candidate will report to the Deputy Director of Environmental Support and Services.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:Perform review of newly published federal and state regulations, identify those regulations with potential impact to the INL. Follow up on results and tracking of in-depth analyses to assure completion, recording of results and dissemination to appropriate personnel.
Develop and maintain record of environmental requirement flow-down into laboratory documentation and prepare reports on same to support EMS and ISMS.
Maintain logs and databases to track results of analysis conducted in an auditable manner that meets lab-wide records management standards.
Serve as a point of contact for lab-wide Requirements Management tool input within ESH&Q.
Maintain open communications with Requirements Management and Prime Contract individuals to ensure knowledge of upcoming items to be presented at Joint Decisionary Review Board conferences.
Review and maintain supporting data for environmental information systems, perform quality control cross checks to ensure data integrity.
