Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Remote Administrative Environmental Program Support position.
Length: 7months
Shift: Monday – Friday 7:30am – 4:30pm EST
Pay Rate: $23.00/HR
Job Responsibilities:
· Run weekly Gensuite Compliance Calendar reports to identify regulatory tasks open and coming due one month out.
· Run weekly Gensuite Compliance Calendar reports to identify regulatory tasks open and coming due one week out
· Run weekly Gensuite Compliance Calendar reports to identify regulatory tasks open overdue.
· Develop a Gensuite Inspection tool “gap tracker” for each site for all discrete questions/requirements of the environmental CRs (line-by-line).
· Run weekly reports to track site self-assessment of CR implementation using gap tracker. Look for gap trends.
· Verify each site has uploaded a 2024 Permit Review Toolkit file to Gensuite Profiler.
· Check each site’s Permit Review Toolkit to subjectively determine if it appears to be in the line-by-line format, has owners and defenses for each requirement.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Ideal qualifications
· Attention to detail, computer skills, good verbal/written communication skills
· EHS experience is preferred
· Microsoft Experience (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ability to learn how to use a standard web based EHS Management System (Gensuite)
