The position would perform the following:
1. Create and maintain a full year schedule that would enable each site to be visited twice.
2. Maintain access with AWS customer for technicians to perform PM duties.
3. Support technicians while onsite for the PM with any issues encountered.
4. Provide direction to correct any minor service issues when PM is performed.
5. Modify each report to ensure they comply to the PM standards, interacting with PM tech as needed
6. Visit random sites during the year with the technicians to ensure quality assurance and control.
7. Create metrics to be used by AWS on current status of all NTE sites with common issues.
8. Provide access requests for the break/fix service calls for our technicians.
