ABOUT THE POSITION
We are seeking an entry-level Transportation Engineer to join our Transportation Department in one of our Boston area offices. This professional will work as a member of a team on a variety of projects focusing on roadway andtraffic design projects. This may include traffic analysis and planning, signal design, performing traffic impact studies, highway alignmentlayouts, speed studies, complete streets implementation and/or climate resiliency roadway adaptations, and bicycle/pedestrian infrastructure. This professional may also provide transportation support services on large, multi-disciplinary civil/site projects.
Position Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Typically requires 0-3 years of relevant experience; internship experience
• EIT registration preferred
• Intermediate skills in AutoCAD and Synchro preferred
• Experience with construction and/or land surveying is a plus
• Experience with MassDOT design guidelines is a plus
This position may report to our Quincy, MA or Boston, MA office, but your location is up to you!
