Job Description
Responsible for driving revenue growth and bringing in new business from prospects as well as coaching/mentoring marketing members to success. Primary duties include maintaining and closing sales pipeline and assisting marketing in closing leads to sales. *This position will be in office for Inside Sales. *Combined monthly income ranges from $10,000 - $30,000 depending on salary or commission structure.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage sales and pipeline data in the Company’s systems and analyze key sales metrics.
- Review new customer applications for completeness and accuracy for underwriting and approval.
- Work with account management to activate new customers.
- Maintain and manage marketing pipeline.
- Sell solar systems totaling at least 2 NTP deals per week.
- Present 3-5+ quotes daily.
- Community events and visits as needed.
Qualifications:
- Sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent phone and communication skills.
- Ability to be both a team player in a collaborative work environment as well as an independent contributor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and interact with other internal departments.
- Expertise in CRM is preferred but not required.
