Entry Level Office Associate **Recent Grads Apply**

We are seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as an Entry Level associate. This position is for a full-time or part-time position.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer incoming calls to the dental office in a professional and courteous manner.
• Schedule patients for appointments.
• Check patient out after appointments.
• Prepare dental work for new patients.
• Answer phones, emails, and other general customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide patients with any necessary paperwork needed for the appointment.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management or supervisor.

Experience: Minimum of one year of customer service experience required (e.g., retail, restaurant, hotel). Dental office experience preferred (e.g., dental assistant, medical assistant).

This is an Entry Level position.

We are seeking a goal-oriented recent graduate who is looking to grow within a company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
