Accounting Associate/Office Manager

At Broad Reach Retail Partners, we create value for our partners, people, and properties. We are looking for an Accounting Associate/Office Managerwho would like to join our growth-oriented firm, with a portfolio of value-add grocery anchored shopping centers across the country.

In this role, you will contribute to the efficient and effective workings of the Accounting department by executing accounting tasks and office management.

What you will be doing:

• Remote deposits and billing charges
• Tracking e-bills,mail, and submitting invoices to Avid (AP system)
• Enter monthly AP invoices
• Obtain vendor W-9s and create new vendors in MRI
• Send invoices to 3rd Party A/P Vendor
• Bill backs - Utilities & misc.
• Credit card reconciliations
• Assisting with data entry tasks for Accounting
• Office management (order supplies, mail, UPS/FedEx, filing, scanning)
• Manage office space
• Special events coordination for the company

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
• Strong oral and written communication
• On-site 4 days a week
